Lucrezia is Katherine's sister. She was killed by Klaus when he decided to look out for revenge against Katherine for running away and changing his plans. When Katerina walked in and found the family dead in their room, she did not know that Isobel had a plan to keep their family alive . Brought back into life by her mother Isobel using a spell to switch their souls into another human being after they died. Through the years Lucrezia learned about her family's power and took the traveler/witch life.Lucrezia was a cute girl when human, always helpful with everything her family needed. She used to be closer to her sister, when their parents punished Katerina for having a child out of wedlock and send her out of Bulgaria she tried to escape with her away but Katerina convince the best for her would be stay in the house and then with time, she would find a way to come back to take Lucrezia with her.Two years after Katerina was banished from Bulgarian, Lucrezia was ready to leave. One night a handsome man called Lord Niklaus came by to the Petrov's house saying he had news about Katerina, Lucrezia invite him into the house hopeful she would get something from her sister. Niklaus took a stay in the Petrov's house, hoping he would find Katerina again, however this didn't happen and Niklaus compelled the whole family to never leave the house, knowing he wanted Katerina inside and didn't want her to take them away. For days he feed off them until the moment he got tired of waiting, Isobel knew about Klaus which lead her to get a plan of surviving, using her powers as ancient witch she made a spell where her family soul would be relocated on another human being and gave it to drink to Lucrezia the night before Klaus decide on killing them.When Lu came back Isobel took her back into their old house, explaining how did they both survive. Once they were inside, Lucrezia saw her dead body, shocked and without understanding Isobel taught her how to switch souls into other bodies as well as how to resurrect and fix the original bodies. Like this, Lucrezia learned and decide to follow her mother's life as a witch.Lucrezia's plans are made up to find the man who killed her whole family and also, track down what happened with Katerina, her sister. Katherine and Lu became close friends after Lucrezia told her how a man massacred all her family and now was searching for revenge, not being able to tell her the truth about who she was.Knowing Klaus was close, Katherine left Lucrezia knowing she would be safer at the late 1863. That's when she met Emily Bennett.In the new age and with centuries of searching for the older petrova, Lucrezia, after too much digging in the Mikaelson's name and history, found out about the family in an old town called Mystic Falls who were know as the Mikaelson, she started to dig more into the history, rumors and legends she hear around towns and between witches. Making her way over to the US, trying to find the one who took everything from her. Once she arrives to Mystic Falls, she found out about Elena and thinking she could be Katerina under a new name, she tries to get closer taking a job in Mystic Falls Grill. However, she start to realize it wasn't Katherine but in fact her doppelganger and the reason why she couldn't find her sister anymore, it was because she was dead.Now, Lucrezia knew about her sister dying as human, automatically back to her original bloodline of witch/traveler. Using the help of other travelers she met, she found a way to bring Katherine, Isobel and Nadia back. Not knowing this power would also drag other persons of their past.relationships Lu x Katherine - As humans, they were real close and happy together. Katherine always protected Lucrezia which lead Lu to seek revenge after Katherine's death. Both girls were real close and loyal to each other.Nadia x Lucrezia - Despite the fact they didn't know for too long, Lucrezia always had an eye upon her nice. Before Nadia dying, they spend some years together in the same travelers coven, where Lucrezia got to see Nadia's powers. Even Lucrezia was the one who help Nadia to get a clue of where Katherine was at.Lu x Isobel - Isobel was the one who saved Nadia's life. After Isobel taught her the magic life, Lucrezia left her side to search revenge for what happened to her sister, going against her mother's advice. Despite the fact Lucrezia its Isobel's daughter, their relationship seems to be more of a friendship-like. Having both girls fighting to take the control but always caring for each other.Lu x Alexander - As a human Lu couldn't stand her father, always trying to control everything. With the time, she found out her father didn't want his daughters to follow their mother's path and become travelers as they were supposed to. In fact, Dominik couldn't stand them and the magic they created to the point of fighting against them and wanting to destroy them. However, when she found that travelers caught and lock him away, brought some sad into her heart for losing her father figure.
