Something was coming, there was no telling what it was, good, bad, who knows. However, Seraphina has been having a gut wrenching feeling that something bad was going to happen and soon, especially because sheโs been having nightmares lately about disappearing. Now the nightmares could be because of Damon, he has a tendency to enter her dreams and mess with her. This time however, she really didnโt think it was him. When she woke up this morning she was in a sweat, and had a temporary fever. Damon was laying next to her, just reading a book, why was he still in bed? Didnโt he have something to do today? ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โD-did you mess with my head while I was sleeping again?โ she asked. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โNope,โ he said not once looking away from his book. With a sigh of relief that he didnโt mess with her she decided to climb out of bed and take a shower. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โWhere do you think you--- whatโs going on with you? Why are you sweating?โ he said, he was about to question her movements when he realized she looked unwell. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โIt mustโve been whatever happened in my dream, Iโve been waking up scared the last couple days and today Iโm all sweaty and have a fever,โ she said, he walked over to her. She was about to fall over, and he helped her to the bathroom. Normally Damon didnโt take the time to take care of her, but heโd been feeling off lately too. Instead of a shower, he got the bathtub going, and set up a bubble bath for her. She hoped that he wouldnโt join her, because she really wasnโt in the mood for his attitude and over confident behavior. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย While Damon set up the bath for her, she looked out the window. It was getting windy, and the sky was getting dark. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โItโs getting windy outside today,โ she said, and he just hum mhm. Was there a reason he wasnโt really talking to her today? Was he hungry, did he need her blood? ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โAre you ok?โ she asked Damon who was leaning over the tub and checking the temperature of the water. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โIโd like to drink your blood, but since you went and got sick I canโt very well do that,โ he said, she knew it. He wasnโt talking to her because he wanted her blood, why couldnโt he just get a blood bag from the basement? ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โWhy canโt you just get a blood bag from the basement? You canโt always get my blood,โ said Seraphina, and that seemed to irritate him. ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย โWhat did you just say? I could not be considerate of your cold and I could drain you right now,โ he said helping her to the tub after she stripped her clothes. She rolled her eyes at him and just continued looking out the window. Things were getting even stronger now weather wise, it looked like a thunderstorm was rolling in.

Grace had lost both her parents when the hunters attacked her home a year ago but now she gained new parents and ones that showed her how to acsess and use magic as well if she ever needed it. They were both caring and loving people and Grace was glad to have them because they saved her life.ย
She was on her way back from school now with her school bag on her shoulder as always and she looked around watching the people walking by her with no idea what she really was. She was always on her guard though because she knew that crime was always a thing in this city and also because she knew if the hunters ever found out she was alive again they would come after her to avenge their fallen friends.ย
Grace looked around when she heard som foot steps coming her way and when she saw the men with guns and arrows she growled "Look at this boys,looks like we finally tracked down the cub who killed our friends a year ago" the leader said "You left me with this pretty scar over my eye young one,looks like you missed one" he laughed and the others did as well and she rolled her eyes "You done yet? I have homework to do" the men laughed again and attacked her and she sighed.
Grace watched them carefully and used her martial arts to fight them and when they shot at her she used her speed and avoided them while knocking the men over as well. She then took out her throwing knives and some of them went down with the knives in their shoulders and after that she attacked the leader and when he was down she sighed.
Grace fixed her hair and took back her knives from the fallen men while she heard foot steps coming her way and she waited to see who it was,though she hoped it wasn't more of them because she wasn't in the mood for that.

My character I tend to keep rather simple, she is just short of 600 years old. She lived around 1450 in Puerto Rico, she was a Taino Indian on the island, she was turned in her early twenties. She has spent her time learning to fight with swords and hand to hand along with traveling the world. She has the typical vampire traits, accelerated speed, healing, agility, strength, keen senses, the one extra that sets her apart is a gift for producing and manipulating fire. Its a gift she does not have complete control over, it can emerge in times of anger or extreme emotion. Jade's mood is often connected with her hunger, if she has not fed recently she can grow agitated, angry even hostile. Her personality though I tend to bend depending on who I am writing with and what they are looking for as far as a story. She can be protective etc or she can be an enemy, and everything in between, just depending on which way you would want to go.
