About me: Not much is known about David's life before becoming a vampire. He was sired by Max and went on to create his own gang of subordinates (Paul, Dwayne, and Marko). They take up residence in the underground remnants of a long-destroyed luxury hotel.[5] The audience is introduced to David through the eyes of Michael Emerson, and Michael's fascination with a half-vampire named Star, whom David appears to be in a relationship with. Michael is provoked by David into participating in a dangerous motorcycle race. Michael is then lured back to David's lair where he undergoes an initiation, unknowingly drinks blood, and becomes a vampire.
David takes Michael to a group of Surf Nazis at a bonfire, hoping to prompt him into killing. Michael however returns home to his brother, Sam, who has become friends with a pair of vampire hunters, Edgar and Alan Frog. Michael leads Sam, Edgar, and Alan to the vampire lair during the daytime while they are sleeping, and kill Marko. The group escapes.
The vampires attack the vampire hunters at Sam's house, leading to the deaths of Paul and Dwayne.
In the events of The Lost Boys, it was assumed he was the head vampire until he was "killed" by the antlers and the half-vampires did not return to human. It is actually revealed that Max, the video store owner, is the true vampire master of Santa Carla. Max refers to David and the Lost Boys as his sons, so it is presumed that he turned them.
But, later in Lost Boys: Reign of Frogs, it is revealed that it was the Widow Johnson who converted David. In a third origin story, Lost Boys: The Beginning, a prequel by Eric Red and Joel Schumacher that never made it into production, David and his "brothers" were turned by Count Dracula himself (as Max is Vlad's older brother). Since Edgar Frog has admitted that Reign of Frogs is mostly fictional, it's entirely possible that David and the boys are Max's vampire sons (although, it is equally possible that Max hired David to play the head vampire so that Max could hide his status as the master of Santa Carla.
At one point, he tricks Michael into following him to his lair, turning him into a half vampire. When Michael is revealed to be half vampire, Sam, Michael, and the Frog brothers, Edgar and Alan, attempt to find out who the head vampire is. Eventually, they invade the vampires' lair and stake Marko, a brotherly friend and fellow vampire, and barely escape with their lives. At the climax of the film, David leads the other vampires to attack the house. A violent fight with the vampires ensues and most of the house is destroyed in the process. Eventually Michael and David have their battle. David gains the upper hand because he is stronger, but Michael eventually manages to overpower him, and David is impaled on a pair of mounted deer antlers. It is later revealed in Lost Boys: Reign of the Frogs that the antlers missed his heart.

My character I tend to keep rather simple, she is just short of 600 years old. She lived around 1450 in Puerto Rico, she was a Taino Indian on the island, she was turned in her early twenties. She has spent her time learning to fight with swords and hand to hand along with traveling the world. She has the typical vampire traits, accelerated speed, healing, agility, strength, keen senses, the one extra that sets her apart is a gift for producing and manipulating fire. Its a gift she does not have complete control over, it can emerge in times of anger or extreme emotion. Jade's mood is often connected with her hunger, if she has not fed recently she can grow agitated, angry even hostile. Her personality though I tend to bend depending on who I am writing with and what they are looking for as far as a story. She can be protective etc or she can be an enemy, and everything in between, just depending on which way you would want to go.
