I am also fond of Warhammer Fantasy verses. At least the sh*thole of a setting keeps it interesting. I also have a character sheet dedicated to Dickwad.
There is also cyberpunk, another big hardon. Don't be confused now. THAT Cyberpunk is named after the genre's namesake since its tabletop days. Like my medieval/dark fantasy roleplay, this verse is also a secret, but here's a clue: They are both related. Loosely. And equally miserable.
More PUNK than cyber fuarks hard like chromatic dommy bitches. No issues with media using cyberpunk aesthetics and ideas, like VA11HALLA and Blade Runner, but the word punk is there for a reason. A protest art. An undesirable future. A cyberpunk reality is not something you want to visit or live in even for a picosecond unless you have acute psychosis. Tetsuo The Iron Man and Cruelty Squad are good examples. And maybe the Judge Dredd universe too because Megacity One is already a sh*thole to begin with.
Recently I think I could be in a Signalis verse too. If you are unfamiliar with the game and its universe of robot commie girls, don't choose Lynch.
One more verse would be Chainsaw Man since I have a new guy who has his own devil powers based on HR Giger's biomechanical concept.
