About me: Tyler Swift was found frozen to death in a lake. The extreme cold temperatures preserving all of his organs making it possible to bring him back to life. Tyler is given the super soldier serum and starts to undergo training, though once he begins to realize the motive behind these darker methods he flees the facility. He has been modified to a degree mentally, similar to how Bucky was brainwashed to obey commands, however these commands can be resisted if Tyler tries hard enough, as they are not completely ingrained.
The mental struggle is physically painful for the young man. This is something the scientists implemented as a way to try and force him to give into their authority. All he want is to understand what has happened to him. His memories are gone which he finds to be very upsetting. All he can recall is pain at the hands of those scientists. Their cruelty trying to taint his young soul with a vile influence. He seeks out Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes as his creation is linked directly to the two men. Perhaps their influence can help bring back what he lost.
Tyler possess super speed, strength, durability, and agility however he's barely tapped his potential and therefore isn't very confident in his execution of these skills. He's a good kid but he's got a long way to go.
