About me: In the bustling streets of New York City, Thor, the God of Thunder, stood as a beacon of hope amidst the chaos. Adored by many for his valor in battle and revered for his unwavering commitment to protecting the innocent, Thor was a hero whose legend knew no bounds. Yet, amidst the clamor of heroism, there was another facet to Thor's persona that often stirred whispers among both friend and foe alike—his penchant for charming the fairer sex.
With his mighty Mjolnir by his side and a mischievous glint in his eye, Thor traversed the city streets, his laughter mingling with the sounds of bustling traffic. Women swooned at his gallant demeanor, unable to resist the magnetic charm that seemed to radiate from him like an aura. Yet, amidst the flurry of admiration, Thor's heart remained steadfast to his duty as a protector, his flirtatious banter merely a fleeting indulgence in the face of greater responsibilities.
However, amidst the backdrop of adoration and heroism, a formidable threat loomed on the horizon. An ancient adversary, long thought vanquished, stirred once more, his malevolent presence casting a shadow over the city. With thunderous footsteps, Thor marched to meet his foe, the clash of titans echoing through the streets as battle ensued. Lightning crackled and thunder roared as the God of Thunder unleashed his fury upon his adversary, his valor undiminished by the perilous odds.
In a dazzling display of might and determination, Thor emerged victorious, his triumph heralded by the cheers of the crowd. Yet, amidst the jubilation, his thoughts turned to the delicate balance between duty and desire, for even in the face of overwhelming odds, the heart of a hero remained steadfast and true. And so, with Mjolnir held high and a knowing smile upon his lips, Thor stood as a beacon of hope once more, a guardian of both realms, ever ready to face whatever challenges may come his way.

Those words had damned whatever friendships she’d tried to make with the Avengers, haunting her every word and movement to a point that she wasn't trusted. Even after flying the nuke into space and dying again, only Bruce and Thor had really trusted her. But Bruce had disappeared once the whole Ultron debacle had been dealt, the Avengers broken apart and once again, she had been left mostly alone.
Toni didn’t jump. She had been alerted by a newly reinstalled JARVIS that the God of Thunder had returned to Earth but thought he was at the Compound, or with Jane. Not here at Stark Tower, where only she resided now. There was little reason for him to be at the tower, for she wasn't part of the Avengers anymore and their last interaction had not been.. the friendliest.
It doesn’t feel that way sometimes. She admitted softly, finally turning away from the window to face the Asgardian. At 5ft2, the quiet inventor had always been small compared to the rest of their former teammates but being Iron Woman had tended to fill that gap. Not anymore. Something had broken inside her now and it was visible in the way dark eyes tracked his movements with a tired wariness.
One of her scarred hands was twisted in the too big MIT sweatshirt she had stolen from Rhodey years ago, covering the Arc Reactor in her chest. The familiar blue glow was faint through the dark material, but it could still be seen. Yet it shouldn't have been there, for she had got the both the reactor and the shrapnel removed after New York. A procedure that had taken place during one of Thor’s visits to the tower.
I don’t think there’s ever been a time when I’ve never not hurt. It’s just worse now because I don’t know who I can trust anymore... including you, Thor.
