The Mother Confessor's word is law

These rules aren't here just to look pretty. People have rules for a reason.
If you don't follow these rules, we're not going to get along. Guaranteed.

These are short and straightforward.
I made them like that on purpose.
So, let's crack on, shall we?
- - - - -

* Multi-Para | Novella
I like to think of myself as a novella writer. However, that all depends on my muse when writing.
The least I'll ever write (on a really bad day) is around six full paragraphs. Most of the time it's 8+.
I will never go beneath multi-para. I always try to stick to novella writing, but muse is a funny thing.
 All I ask of you is that you're capable of at least five good paragraphs. One-liners will not be accepted.

* Literacy
Everyone makes the odd mistake, but basic spelling and grammar are essential.
After all, how can I reply to you if I can't even understand what you're typing?
Text talk will not be accepted. Don't even do it out of character; I can't stand it.

* Mail and Comments
Mail is for out of character (introductions, storyline discussions).
Comments are for in character (roleplay, roleplay, roleplay, roleplay).
It's quite simple. Right? And yet it's the rule most often ignored.

* Storyline Discussions
I don't do 'freestyle' roleplay.
Before we roleplay, we will discuss a storyline.
I'm not saying we plan out every little thing, but I like to get the basics down.
Any storyline I take part in will have to be interesting. Be creative, yeah?

* Patience is a Virtue
I will not be online to roleplay 24/7. I study at university. I have a job. I have a life.
At best, I'll reply twice a week.  At worst, it'll take me two weeks to write up a reply.
If you expect a new reply every twenty-four hours, best to remove me from your list.
- - - - -

Five little points. All quite simple. It's really not much to ask.
Violate these rules, and you will be removed from my list.
If you don't agree, you know how to take me off your list.

If you want me to know you've read them, then feel free to sign.
But don't be boring if you do: leave a quote. I like good quotes.
Either way, if you've not read them, I'll find out sooner or later.

You don't judge a book by its cover: don't judge me by this post.
Despite the first impressions, I'm actually easy to get along with.
I enjoy 'ooc' conversations and getting to know who I roleplay with.
