"I don't think my Ma would have let him get away with that. A-At any rate, this store basically is like my second home. So of course I had to work here!" She says laughing, shaking her head, "Where did Ain come from though?" She questioned curiously, "Like...It's just as interesting!"
"Oh! Well...That's a pretty cool name. I was named after a comet. My Dad is an astronaut." She'd say with a soft laugh. That usually didn't resonate with many people and she was prepared for that, "Er. Dad's been shopping here for years. He brought my Mom here. Brought me and my brother here. We're practically family with the owner." She says with a nod of her head, smiling wide, "Took my first steps over there by the Archie Comics." She'd say proudly, laughing.
"Is that like...Your real name? Ain? Or is there more to it?" She asked with a slight tilt of her head, "Silver Fox? Well I haven't actually been able to see you up close until now! H-Heh...You usually move so fast through the bookshelves I've barely been able to speak to you and when you come up to check out? I just kinda y'know--Blank? And it's cashier mode!" He's familiar somewhat, but she can't quite put her finger on it. The work environment was busy at the moment and she could barely think as is!
"Oh no! NO! I didn't mean it like that! Haha..." She turned red at that, quickly taking his hand as she shakes it firmly, "Er...Candela Guy?" The blonde states, making a slight wrinkle of her nose all bashful like, "Look, no one really knew who you were and Uncle Stuart wasn't gonna let me go through the address book. Only way I knew you was through the Candela Obscura signup. It only has your character name on it and even then I wasn't sure which one you were!"
"Ain? Finally! A non-creepy way to match the face to something...Anything really!" She'd say with a giggle, "Halley. But you sorta already knew that. Nametag and all." She leaned a bit against the bookshelf there while they talked, smiling at him while totally doing her best to keep it together! Ain. Wow...She totally wasn't turning red or anything.
